After Shots of Our House/ T's Garden

Excuse the side yard, we are still purging items and it looks a mess. But.. focus your eyes on the paint..
WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! I LOVE IT!!
Colors: Dunn Edwards Paint
Trim- Walnut Brown
Perimeter: Navajo White

Porch, we plan on either epoxying the concrete or tiling it with Travertine.

Front of the house, We will be getting rid of the blue canopy thing above T's Window. Just haven't done it yet. Next up is our Landscaping!! Can not wait!!

 Side of the house

We also ripped up the ugly green carpet that was in our entry way,  what a difference that made as well!! We are thinking of epoxying it to much the colors we have for paint using the pebble look

Onto Tristan's Garden. I purchased this little kit at Home depot when we were doing all the painting of rooms. I really didn't think we would do anything right away, but T and I had a free moment to go ahead and start this.

T decorated the top of the canister with Cars Stickers. He was mighty proud, even though I did the work. Sheesh.. Well he put the stickers on himself.

and about 2 weeks later this is what sprouted.. for some reason, not all of them sprouted, so I might have messed up or didn't push the seeds deep enough into the soil.  Anyway. We have some growage and hopefully once we transfer these, they will continue to grow.. I will keep you updated.

Man- who knew goals were so hard to reach??!!  Apparently they are. but every goal I get to is an accomplishment in my book and something I get to look back on a say yep, we were able to do that!
So a few updates to add to this sucker.

We had such a blast. It was a short and sweet Vacay- but well worth the memories.

Some Goal Updates

I havent updated my goals in a while, I keep a tally of them by writing them on this sticky note thing I have in purse, which is funny because I pull it out as I'm waiting at stoplights, or the bank drive thru. Something about driving sparks me to remember my goals and what I have and have not done.
So with out furtur adue.

3. Lose 20lbs  Completed 12/10-  I had lost between 12-15lbs.  Not exactly my goal weight. now that I'm preggers I can no longer lose but I am only up 2lbs from that.  =)

11. Learn to edit my photos: I have been working on this. Since I got my new camera I have more of a drive to really sit down and edit my photos with what I have available to me. I really need a new computer with some updated programs, but I make do.

19. Stop Birth Control December 2010:  These two go hand and hand. I stopped BC in Nov. One month earlier, so I could begin a regular cycle before actually trying. Unfortunately we didn't even get the opportunity to "really" try.. So I am now prego. Which I am ecstatic about, but was not expecting until December/ Jan.

20. Start trying for 2nd baby 12/2010:  Completed  11/10

34. Buy a new camera preferably a Canon SLR:  Completed 12/10   My Husband is pretty awesome, for Christmas I received a Nikon DSLR. Even better than the Canon.  Which I love. I know its a more of a beginners camera but that's all I really need for right now.  I can't wait to get into taking pics and having fun with them with editing.

48. Celebrate Christmas in a different state    Completed -  12/2010

67. take Tristan to see Snow- Scheduled for 12/10

69. Take Tristan to CO to see his Godfather - Scheduled for 12/10

All 3 of these are completed.  We went to Colorado for Christmas, We saw T's God Father and T was able to experience snow for the first time. He had a love hate relationship with it.

87. Purchase 2 new/used children’s books for 6 months for T- (12/12) Completed 12/2010
Santa purchased T about 5 books for Christmas. Including Where the Wild things are,  Elmo's Potty Trying, Dr. Seuss's Are you my Mother, The ABC book and he also received  Curious George from one of his buddies at Day care.

New Jersey/ New York Vacation

Finally...  taken me a little bit to post this..

We had a great trip, can't beat New Jersey in October. The weather there is AWESOME.  We had a short but very fun trip. We left on the 7th and returned the 11th.

The plane ride for T was fabulous, he was nothing short of an amazing passenger, I was super surprised!!
Not that my kid is bad, but being this was his first time, altitude changes etc I was alittle nervous.
The flight was about 5 hrs - it included 2 movies, a nap, coloring and playing with the little boy who sat right in front of us!! PERFECT!!

The entire time we were there, it was go go go.. and T handled it very well.

The first night we chilled with my Aunts and Uncles, she made us an awesome dinner and dessert. We stayed up chatting etc. then hit the sack because we planned a trip to New York -
Oct 8th - we headed to NY, We took the train to New York and walked the streets, walked and walked and walked, We went to FAO shwarz and Rock a feller center, Times Square, we took the subway to the site of the Towers and what a sight to see.. Its so crazy to think that at one point there was two towers standing and taking up the space that now was completely empty.. Crazyness!!
Their were so many first for T and it was fun to just see him take it all in. We also went to Central Park and walked through it. We let T out of the stroller to stretch his legs.
Oct 9th, 10th
We went to Seaside Heights and also my Cousins Rehearsal Dinner.  Tristan of course was in heaven at the beach, I wish we could of stayed and let him play in the sand, but we were on time restraints. We did take him on the Merry Go Round and he loved that.
Oct 10th was my Cousins Wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. She was married in a Greek Orthodox Chapel and its definitely not the normal/traditional Vows etc.. Everything is done in 3's and there are no vows spoke.  I ended up having to go outside with T, and John stayed back to take pics.
After we headed out to the reception, the Reception was at a Farm. This place is straight out of a movie.. When we pulled onto the dirt road it was nothing but trees, and brush around us and then all of the sudden it opened up into this HUGE house with horses and farm land, it was GREEN and so BEAUTIFUL!!!
The reception was alot of fun and I'm so happy we were able to go and celebrate that day with her.

Pictures to follow..

The first night we got there.

Trevino Family

My Mom and I waiting for the Train to N.Y.

Sandra and James, I DO

T and 2nd Cousin Nya

My Sis and Cousin

and when we returned reality very nicely slapped me in the face, on that following Friday I had to take T to the Pediatrician because he wasn't feeling so hot and was diagnosed with Strep Throat.. Poor dude.  I knew something was up on our vacation, but I really wasn't 100% sure because he's so resilient when it comes to being sick. He had allergies before we left and so did I , but nothing more. or so I thought. He lost his appetite but I really just figured it was because of the changes, different house, different time zones etc.
come to find out, ALL symptoms of having strep.. :bad mom award should go to me:  BUT he is now healthy and good to go. Got em meds and he's a happy camper!!

Back to this.. 101 n 1001

These first 3 goals go hand in hand because, we are officially going to Colorado for Christmas. I'm pretty excited about it. We are going to see T's Godfather and hopefully his God Mom. (they both live in Co). This will be T's first time in the SNOW!!  Can you see my shiny white smile appearing.. I'm so giddy about all these first's for T.

48. Celebrate Christmas in a different state

69. Take Tristan to CO to see his Godfather
67. Take Tristan to see Snow

26. Go and get facials once every month for 6 months (5/6) did this on 09/21/10 Love these. my face feels amazing after.

10. Take Tristan for a walk once a week for 3 months (3/ 12)
I have been going for walks/runs with T, when I can't make it to the gym. Its beginning to be a LITTLE cooler at night outside, so we head off and go for a walk.

8. Make Meal Plans for 5 Months (2/5)
I have been doing this for the last month, Haven't really posted about it, because even though I was making meal plans, they were the same dishes just varied.. but this week I changed it up ALOT. I'm excited.

25. Cook a meal from scratch twice a month for 6 months and blog about it (7/12)
I have made and will be making some awesome recipes, thanks to Allrecipes.com
I have found some healthy, easy meals to make and surprisingly T eats it, and I no longer have to make separate things in fear of him not liking what we have,  =)
I'm going to make a separate page for these recipes I find.

Weekend Recap-

This weekend was pretty fun, got alot accomplished and still trying to get more accomplished this week.

I will come back and post pics, tonight.
So we re did our laundry room, looks 10000000 times better. I'm so happy with it. Yes its just a laundry room, a box, with a washer and dryer in it. I don't spend much time in there. BUT.. it was pretty hideous!
 Facelift?  YEP..
We tiled, grouted, painted and now I'm on the search for this base cabinet. I was looking at Home Depot but, both the HD's by my house have none. So I'm waiting patiently. Once I get that the plan is to get a sink and since we(family) owns a granite shop I was going to have a granite top go on.  I was also thinking about doing some uppers to put above the cabinet, but I really didn't want to spend alot of money on this project. So I'm kinda playing it by ear. I painted the room a bluish color, pretty different than what I normally go for, I typically go for greens. The color I chose is called "skipper", I'm pretty sure it brightens things up in there.  I was also going to look for a few cute plaques that have to do with laundry etc. to hang in there.  If you know any cute sites, let me know. =)

Then, Daddi T's Dad came to watch T for us on Sat. night. We decided to go eat at Rock Bottom. YUM! not so great for the diet..oops =/   After dinner we went to the movies and watched Inception. Ok can I just say what an insane movie that is. If you haven't seen it, I would recommend it. Definitely  good and umm how can you not LOVE something Leonardo Dicaprio is in??? Exactly!

GREAT WEEKEND!!

*I will come back and update with pics, of what progress we have made on the laundry room.

101 n 1001 Goals - 2 new ones

So ongoing with what I posted here.. I have or I should say I will be accomplishing two goals this weekend.

1st off I am tackling this one:

#87 Re- do our laundry room - epoxy floor, new shelves, paint etc.
So for whatever reason, I got a wild hair up my ass, yea that happens sometimes when things become stagnant around my house.  So I told  Daddi T- that it was time to get MY laundry room up to par.. this meaning take EVERYTHING out and RE-DO. I will take pics of the before, during and after.. I'm excited.
Basically, we are going to tile the floor with the same tile we have through out the house, since thats just easier than epoxy, then once that is dry move everything back in & re arrange some things. Daddi T already put shelves up for me a few months back, so those are done. I would like to paint the walls in there. I just really haven't thought about a color, guess I should get on that while everything is out.. Eeek.. I would like to do a cabinet in there, but I'm not sure if that will help the situation or make things harder to move around. The area itself is about 110sq ft. Its not wide but long.. So we will see.

43. Go on Date nights once a month for 6 months
This will be happening on Sat night. Not really sure where we are going but T's Grandpa has offered to watch T for us. So it will be nice to get out. I'm  hoping to go see a Movie. I will update when we go.. =)

Have a Great Weekend!!

As promised.. 2 goals in progress

87. Purchase 2 new/used children’s books for 6 months for T- (6/12)

T & I will be going to the bookstore today, I have some pretty great coupons to use. So I figured we could stalk up on some new literture. I love that T Loves books, I hated reading when I was little, so I introduced T to books early on, for the most part- he just likes to look at the pics and tell me what they are and we sound out the words etc.. anyway- so I will be purchasing  some new books for him today..

58. Re-do my budget every 6 months
So this week I decided to re do my budget again, there's a few things I needed to change. The last of my debt with CC's needs some revamping - and I wanted to make sure that every dime I send to these cards gets me somewhere and fast!!  So I went ahead and revamped the whole thing, not only that our daycare provider uped her prices on me beginning August - so I needed to adjust some things around to accomodate that.  I have also started a small savings plan - for "future kiddo"  this will be for, diapers, formula, dreaded daycare costs etc. I figured I should start now, just so its not a shock to the system after the 2nd arrives. I hope it works out to my advantage and things stay balanced.

So, there are my two for the week..  =)  Back on track finally.. and thank goodness, because this week surely has thrown me for a loop.

Happy Weekend!!  =)

Today I have vowed..

to start working more on my 101 n 1001 Days goal list.. So I have made it a goal to at least Ahemm I said at least accomplish 2 goals a week, and if I finish more than that, that puts me closer to accomplishing my goals, and see that is what  I want to be able to do.
I made this list  in part for fun, but also to really see if these were things I could actually accomplish.. Well I fell of the wagon a few times and I'm sick of it.. So here I am, I want to do this, I want to be able to say see this list, YEA I accomplished most of all of it!! Sucka!!!  =)

Anyway - It doesnt need to be any specific goal but it must be at least 2-  TWO!!

Maybe you could all help, and tell me which ones you would like to see me accomplish?  hmmmm or don't whatever floats your boat..

BTW-  My TWO year old finally has his well check today, I'm pretty excited to see what his Stats are because we havent been to the dr in almost a year.. Yessssssssss!!  My lil T has been unsick for almost an entire year, and this I find AMAZING!!  Going from 6 months to a year he was constantly sick, ear infection after ear infection, and the list goes on..   Well I can't technically say he hasnt been to the dr because I took him at his 15 month and 18 month.. but since then, No Dr's!!  Yippie!
So I will update tonight with that good stuff..

101 N 1001 Changes and Accompliishments

Whewww... I am BEHIND!!!  No joke  eh...

Ok well lets catch up!! =)
Here we goooooooooo.............

#1 Lets change this one from going to Yoga - TO-  Go to Bootcamp every Sat for 3 months. (0/12)

#2. Exercise 3 times a week for 6 months:  (90/124)
I have definitly been doing this, not so much the last 2 weeks but, before we left for our cruise I was hittin the Gym every day doing cardio and training.. Definitly gotta get back

#6 Drink 8 glasses of  water a day. for 7 days-   Completed  04/30/10
I did this the week before we left on our cruise. I took water pills so I could shed all the bloat.. So in order for me to do that I had to drink NOTHING but loads of water!!

15. Take One mommy day a month:  (7/30)  Pedicures, My hair done, and my nails, facials, and much needed shopping time..

17. Get  a pedicure once a month  (1/10)
Got one right before our cruise, time for another

26. Get a facial once every month for 6 months  (2/6)
I was able to get one in March and then again in April.. So refreshing!!

28. Watch less T.V.  completed  April- May
I have had noooo time to actually sit down and watch T.V. by the time I can sit down, I just want to go to bed!

41.  Go on our Honeymoon/Anniversary Cruise- COMPLETED May 3-8, 2010

52. Plan our trip to New Jersey for my cousin's wedding- 10/10/10- Completed 05/17/10
We fly out 10/07/10 and come home 10/11/10  so excited

60.  Stick to budget - Completed
I was kind of forced to do this, and it payed off which I'm really proud of myself. Making lists and sticking to them, clipping coupons and watching what we really need.. It allowed me to save about $1000 to take with me on our cruise, and I even brought money home!!  :0)

62. Clip Coupons and use them.  Completed
I have always clipped coupons, but using them was the part I forgot.. so I made sure that whenever I needed to go shopping I would pull my coupons first and then look at ads, and wahla.. Saved money and stuck to my budget!!

65. When grocery shopping stick with whats on the list- Completed
I did this for about 3 months before we left for our cruise, to save money!  It definitely helped me, and allowed me to stay more organized.. Most times I will just go to the store blind and just buy what  i think we need and I really didn't need most of the items I bought.. ;/ So making a list, looking in the cabinets and writing things down the minute we ran out helped out a TON!

79. Take Tristan for his 2 year pics- In progress
I'm pretty excited because this will allow me to accomplish not only this goal, but another.
I set up an appt with my favorite photog and we are going to head up to Jerome, Az to take some pics. I have never been to Jerome and this will help me complete one of my other goals about visiting new places in AZ.. This is for not only T's Birthday pics, but family pics..   I can't wait.. I'm hoping it will be way cooler up there, because last year in July taking T's first pics at the park was HOT and sweaty.. yuck!!

85. Throw Tristan's 2nd Birthday.  In Progress
I think EVERY birthday should be celebrated, so of course we had a huge bash for T's 1st Birthday, but I'm feeling like this year we will tone it down just a bit. This year we are just going to go to Peter Piper, for Pizza and cake, invite close friends and family and thats about it. I'm being pretty laid back about this one.. I know he's still just to little to understand which is fine. but just because he may not understand does NOT mean he doesn't get a Birthday.. I am still doing a theme though.. MOTORCYCLES since he is IN LOVE with those things..

89.  Organize my desk and be clutter free- Completed  April, 2010
I was kind of forced to do this.  J's cousin moved in with us and the bedroom he moved into was the office. so we had to make some new arrangements and quite honetsly I like the new arrangements, ( I mean the furniture, not the added person) kidding kidding. Its for good reason and the in house babysitter is wonderful!! =)
Well back to getting organized... So I had to put all my papers, bills, etc etc etc  away and organized, since our office has been moved out to a room that is seen by people that come to our house.. Its actually quite nice to see my desk again!  =)

98. Donate to the Arizona Humane Society  3/3  - Completed  05/17/10
I love donating, and especially to homeless doggies  =(  I wish I could win the lottery because there are just so many charities I would be helping out!!

Welp, There's my updates!!  I changed one goal!!  and I'm going to try and work on making the NEW list.. which I'm pretty positive that the goals I don't complete will definitly be transferred!  HA

Monday, February 15, 2010

Goals, Goals, Goals, and ummm goals!!!

Yep, I feel like a new person completing so many goals!!  I guess being with out the internet/laptop at home allows me to get more done.. Huh.. maybe the charger should of never of came??   Nahhhh!!!

Anyway - So lets get started..

# 70 Get Tristan's Passport- completed 02/14/10
I am proud to say my 19 month old is the proud new owner of his very own Passport!!  Geez, I didn't even have a passport when I was that young! Anyway - that is done and outta the way.. until of course he turns 5, because kid passports are only good for 5 years..

#75 Take Tristan to Disneyland- marked in Progress
We are planning this now, Yes I realize its a year away- but we figured this would be the perfect oppurtunity. So there is a car show in Cali every year in March. I was going to take T this year, but honestly I don't think he's ready for that expierence plus a 6 hour drive home etc.. So the plan is- next year we will go to the car show leave Sat like usual- go to the show on Sunday with all of our friends and then after the show on Sunday - we head off to San diego and get to our hotel- and the next day we would go to Disney Land. I'm pretty excited about this. T will be 2 1/2 ish and I think he will have a blast!!  He will for sure be big enough to ride some of the rides and take in all the sites. I realize he may not remember it all, but I'm pretty sure it will be worth it, because the next time we go- I'm hoping we will have 2 kiddos to take with us!!;0)

#92 Complete the Frame Collage- Completed 02/10/10
I'm pretty excited about this as well, for a few months now the frames have been hanging, but with no pictures, well no pictures of us at least.. So I finally was able to go into my snapfish account and grab all the pics I uploaded. I printed them out to finish up the collage.. I love it!!  I will post a pic in a seperate post..

#98 Donate $25 to the Arizona Humane Society (2/3)
I love being able to donate to the shelter, I love dogs - as much as I get annoyed by my own.I still love them and would be devistated if anything happened to them.  I wish I could donate more, but right now $25 is what I can do and I know that it helps. If you can donate; to any shelter for that matter- definitely try. :0)

#54 Rent one Movie a Month for 6 Months  - This completes my Goal
John got the new movie, Couples Retreat..   Very cute and very Funny Movie, Definitely worth renting!

#2 Exercise 3 times a week for 6 Months
So since my cruise is coming up and it seems to be coming up very FAST!!  I have stepped up my game A LOT!!  I have made it a GOAL to get my ass to the gym 3 times a week for strict Cardio. My Mom and  I hired a trainer and we started with him last Tues which was 02/09/10- we go Tues and Sat. and Sat he kicked my ASS.. I am hurting in places I never thought possible.. Oh well I know its for a good cause!!
Not only that on my days off, John and I go walk/jogging with T at night. John is trying to lose weight as well, so I go with him and of course T loves going.   Surprisingly in the last 2 1/2 weeks I have lost 6 1/2 lbs, no joke, I weighed myself at the Gym and then weighed agian this Sat.. and BAM!!  weee..

#3 Lose 15lbs - I am changing it up-  it will be 25lbs

#43 Date nights with John
I'm defintely counting yesterday as one of our date nights, I know it was Valentine's Day, and I'm so glad my Mom watched T for us.  We were able to go the Melting Pot and it was AMAZING!!  We had such a good time, we laughed and joked and honestly I feel reconnected with him. It sucks that once you have a kiddo, you feel connected but in a different way then it used to be, not in a husband and wife way.. So with that said, we had a great time, the food was delish and I can't even begin to tell you how yummy the dessert was!!  You must try it if you have one in your area. Its a little pricey and yesterday I think it was way overpriced for the holiday, but in my opinion way worth it!!

#15 Take One Mommy Day a Month
I get another one..  YAY!!  I finally was able to go out and get my nails done. I haven't had them done since -pshhh I dont even remember.. so it was nice to go get them done.

#46 Get our Passports
YAY!! So we finally have gotten this done, the paperwork is done, the pics are done and we go in on the 27th to finalize everything.

#70 Get Tristan's Passport
We are doing this when we get ours.. YAY!!!

Some Goals to Speak of.. #2, #15, #54,

#2 Exercise 3 times a week for an Hour (5/124)
I forgot about this one, but as I passed it I was like Hey, I did that one. Its not completed but Last week I worked out more than 3 times a week and for an hour.   woohoo GO ME!!  Even Better the hubs said he noticed?!! Maybe he was just trying to get layed. hahah but it was nice to hear!! :0)

#15 Take one Mommy day a Month (4/30)
So last Saturday I was able to get some much needed mommy time to myself . I was able to go get my hair done. I colored and cut it. So now I feel refreshed.. It was nice just visiting with my Hair Stylist, even if it was for 2 hours.. I even went and got some lunch by myself and enjoyed every single bite without having to rush through.. so nice.. :0)

#54 Rent one movie a month and blog about them
So we kinda cheated, because we are up two in Jan. alone. Which in my book is awesome, because somehow after having a kid movie night disappeared with what felt like no return in sight. So I canceled Netflix because it was a waste of money and pretty much wrote off ever watching movies excepet what was on HBO.. Woohoo.. Oh well. welcome to having kids I suppose.
BUT.. I have to say- John and I have watched TWO movies in ONE week!! WOOHOOOOOO
1st one was "The Proposal"  I have to admit it was a chicks flick ,but I did catch John laughing at quite a few of the scenes.  I would say its worth renting. :0)

#2 movie is "Public Enemies" with Johnny Depp, need not say anymore!!
Justkidding.. but seriously he is insanley HAWT, HOT, (wipes drool from couch) HOT!!  Great Movie, Kinda slow at first - but also worth renting in my opinion if anything just to watch Johnny Depps insanly hot face.. :0) enuff said..
~YUM~

Although we are having issues uploading it into my computer.. We are thinking my Laptop is a little outdated and the processor isn't good enough. So I might be getting a new one if thats the case..  Ugh.. I really didn't want to spend any money on that stuff right now.. We will see - we will just play it by ear right now.
Anyway - one more marked off   weeee...

101 n 1001 Goals Completed- You ready for this!!!

#43 Go on a Date night/day
John and I went out on Sunday Dec 27th - John's Dad came and watched T for us so we could go see  Avatar and go eat some lunch - just the two of us!! I love when we get to do things like that.
Avatar was amazing- so good and the effects were super cool.  We also went to Sauce - which happens to be another goal.. there Salads are so yum. I have been craving them, pizza's are delish too!!

#51 Try 10 New Restuaraunts
The weekend before John and I went to Sauce - I went there with a few of the girls. I had never been so I wasn't sure what it was all about. I have to say its So Yummy- Its kinda like a restuaraunt but its a much faster flow than that. They serve Pizza and Salads and a few other items. The Pizza is thin crust which I love, The salad are my FAV!!!  Especially the "greek" one.. So good. I definitely recommend it.  SAUCE

#59 Pay off/down Credit Cards (3/5)
This one is HUGE for me.  I am almost debt free -  It came with a loss though, which in my mind was a gain. but however you look at it - I am almost debt FREE!!! Those words are the most awesomest to hear!!!
I have 2 more cards to pay off, one is small and the other is big. In time I will get these gone as well. With all the money I don;t have to spread out  I can send more to each card. So I'm happy with that!!
More vacations HERE WE COME!!  and they will NOT be paid for with credit cards any more!!  weeehooo.. :0)

#32 Purchase Digital Frame
I am so excited about this- I have been wanting to get one of these for so long. I am so glad I waited. John got me one for X-mas and I love it - its so much better than the ones I had been looking at. Its pretty big. 10.5 frame, it does slideshows, plays music and you can set any slideshow to the music you want. So cool!!  I love my husband. :0)  I already uploaded a million pics to that thing. Well maybe not a million but quite a few so I have them running through. I have alot of our wedding images on there, alot of T's pics and then family pics etc. I love the fact that I can have one frame with all these pictures going through instead of having a cluttered mess of  tons of frames all over.  Works for me!!

#54 Rent one movie a Month
This one is for November because I forgot about it- Lately it takes John and I forever to watch Movies, I used to have Netflix but it was becoming  a waste of money. We would get the movies and they would sit for 2 days then a week and then 3 weeks and I was like ok I'm done with this. Now I miss having Movies. So John went and rented one like 2 weeks into November and it took us about a week to watch it.. Hahah
It was Angels and Demons with Tom Hanks. Pretty good Movie for the most part- I wish I understood more of it. I also didn't get to see the end- I had to get up to comfort T - (yay thats another story)
So anyway - one movie down.  I have another one for December but I can't write about that one yet. Since I haven't watched all of it. I fell asleep - go figure.. Funny how John used to be the one that always feel asleep now its me!!

#63 Put a $1 a day in T's Piggy Bank
Yea, so I kinda slacked on this put I picked up the slack. He now has $162 give or take some in his lil piggy. We really need to put it into his own savings acct. -The one we already have money in for him, but we typically throw our change or extra cash into this piggy bank strictly for him. So Whatever.  He's definitely got his own little nest egg goin on.. hahah

#99 Donate $25 to Arizona Humane Society
So I have been donating to the ACS for a while , but its always been $5, $10 etc. Which is great, every little helps. But Since I have been paying off CC debt I figured I could give a little more. So I gave $25 this last month and in Jan I will send in another $25.. I feel good about helping out and of course I love that I'm helping with animals in need, especially with the way the economy is. :(

#89 Purchase 2 New/Used Books for T
For Christmas T got 2 new books, One is from the Movie, Cars-With Mater- I picked it up at Walgreens, its so cute!  I also got him another one for his stocking its a Learn your Colors book - I got that from wal- mart for $5.. So 2 more books to add to his collection. :0)  I want my Son to read and be good at reading since I sucked at reading but I do like it - as long as its what I like to read about.

WOWZA  Thats alot of stuff I needed to catch up on.

*Starting in the new year I will be starting the once a day Photo Challenge!!  I'm really excited.  I am also going to start working on the next 101 goals list that I'm sure will include a lot of baby stuff. :0) and of course contiunuing to mark off and cross out my currect goals.
Oh and the weight loss - will begin again!!  :0)

* so that givaway I was supposed to have, The lady never contacted me back - Weird. but I did get two products - one of them was an organic Cleaner and the other was an organic soap to try on T's eczema.. The cleaner I love!!  The soap, I didn't honestly care for.  I cant think of the name anymore, but when I get home I will find out and post it for you to go see what it is.  Like I said the cleaner was really good and I like using that.

**HOLY CRAPTASTIC** #41

I AM SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!  For something that is so minuscule to some, but so big for me!!

WE ARE GOING ON OUR CRUISE!!!    MAY 3, 2010   John and I will be setting sail on a 5 day Eastern Caribbean Cruise!!!

This was something I truly never thought would happen-  We discussed it and talked about it and that had been the plan, but never in my right mind did I really think it would happen!!   We didn't get a honeymoon after our wedding. We just didnt have the money and with the way the economy was with our jobs etc it just wasn't in our cards.. So we made the decsion to pay some bills and get some things out of the way before we planned anything, but you know how that goes-  you say you'll get to it and you don't and it gets put off and off and off until its forgotton!!

NOT ANY LONGER!!  I made it a priority this past week, hence the very slow posting.  I researched it long and hard, was in contact with travel agents, talked to John, talked to more travel agents and it is PLANNED!!
John and  I deserve this cruise. We deserve this Vacation. This is our Belated Honeymoon/ 1 year anniversary cruise  AND I will be damned if we didn't get it!!

SO EXCITED!!  NOW  I really need to get my ASS in gear and lose some poundage- I will be rocking a swimsuit - maybe not a bikini- a Tankini (hahah)  and I will rock it proudly!!!  :0)~

**Note to self:  Please don't get knocked up before then, Please please please..  :)~

#3 Lose 15lbs- 1st set of results

ummm Not so great!!!   Hmmm.. Well I'm gonna make a few excuses here just for good sakes but in all honesty I really shouldnt have any..
Last week and the week before T has been sick which means I can't take him to the in house daycare that the gym provides (I could however of had John watch him when he got home from work) but I didn't!!  and my other excuse.. hmm I guess I really don't have any well except for the fact that my body was so fatigued from being up with T every freakin night I just had no will power.
Well - I think we are back on track this week( T is feeling much better). So I'm headed to the gym Tues, Wens.and Thursday..  Mondays and Fridays I go to the park with T for some fun and I usually do a fast pace walk around the park once the sun goes down.
Like  i have said before - I have Terrible motivation, if I know there's nothing at the end of it for me.  (YES I know being 15-20lbs lighter should be reward enough) but I guess when you have been overweight or the weight i have been My ENTIRE life its kinda just Eh..  I'll get to it when I get to it kinda thing.. it sucks and I hate that-  but if for example I had my wedding to look forward to and a dress that I NEEDED to fit in.. I had a reward at the end of my weight loss.. Now - not so much..
I could use my cruise as a motivating factor but who knows if we are going to go??  AND because I know that - there's no need, I suppose..
Anyway -  I'm up 2  which isn't horrible, but not great.
I need to charge the camera so I will post pics once the battery is charged.

I SUCK,,  :(

#24 & #38 Up my Life Ins. and Make John up his

I called my ins. dude today and I did just that.. John and I have to go in next week to sign papers and get things done for this. We also have to have our blood taken and pee in a cup.    John has a very minimal amount right now and with him turning 31 today i need to make sure T and I are covered if GOD forbide anything happen or GoD forbid anything happen to the both of us.. I want to make sure that T is covered.
Not only that - the fact that we are younger it's cheaper - the older you get the more expensive it is.  So that sucks. So two more off my list.. Thank goodness - that was a must.. :0)

#3 Lose 15lbs- Lets try this again.

So I posted about this already here and I never really finished it or for that matter stayed focused on it.. So now we are in a new month and I need to start again, this time I AM serious. I HAVE to lose 15lbs and lets just add like 5 more to that because you know halloween was just yesterday and I possibly could of gained about - 3-5 lbs-  in just candy.. UGH   (Horrible I know)
Anyway - by me saying I'm serious..I mean it!!   I have before pics.. and I will take pictures every two weeks to hold me liable.. I'm not posting my weight- I will post lbs lost or gained tho. and just maybe at the end of this I will post my NEW weight and then you can figure out my starting weight from there and be disgusted- then not NOW..  gahhaha
Anyway Lets start off with Pics..  Shall we.....
Good lord do you see that bell-ay!!  EEwwwww.. GOTS TO GOOOO....and I'm not even sucking in PEOPLE!!!
Enuf said!!

Now thats just wrong - It waves good bye as I say hell-O..
UGH!!   Hi Muffin Top. or is that a spare tire around my waist? You be the judge.

So pics are posted..  As of now.. I wear a Large in T-shirts and Tank tops and I wear a 12/14 in jeans.  :sniffle sniffle: I used to fit into 8's people  Yea I suppose that was WAY before being married and having a baby.. But ya know it would be nice to get back there.. I'm not getting my hopes up to much- if I can get back into 10's I would be a happy camper fo shore!!  :0)  I can't believe I just came clean about all that.. Makes it that much more real I suppose.
:(

So thats, that!  I'm stickin to it- I'm headed back to the gym tomorrow and with that said I hope T starts feeling better because I really don't like taking him to the daycare there when he is sick.. We will see what happens.
