Total Weight Gain? Sad to say I am officially up 2lbs. (Not cool) Damn Holidays

Sleep? Okay, since we were in CO the bed was ok and small, I managed to get some good sleep with some weird ass dreams
Best Moment This Week? 8 Weeks and today is my first appt and U/S
Movement? I know its way to early- but I feel twinges in my stomach. Its probably gas. but its movement
Food Cravings? None this week, nothing sounds great and nothing sounds bad.
Gender? Get back to this at 18-20 weeks
Labor signs? No thank you
Belly Button? Still in
What I Miss? Bud Light and eating at night- Still Missing these Eating at night kills me and my stomach.
What I Am Looking Forward To? Our Appt today and seeing our baby
Weekly Wisdom? Laugh, because its better than crying

Christmas 2010
We decided to go to Colorado this year for Christmas. I was super excited to finally get a White Christmas and celebrate with some great Friends. This was the first year away from family so that was kinda hard. Would I do it again? You bet your ass- especially after the drama at my house on Christmas. HA!!
Anyway - We left Thursday morning at about 4 am. Of course we were slow moving and really didn't get out of our house until like 5 am.
We got T and loaded him up. We decided to take one of our friends big trucks, We have a Tahoe and its only 2 wheel drive with huge rims and wheels on it, Definitely not made for the snow.
So headed out. We barely got to Flagstaff and T started throwing up. (you have got to be kidding me)
at one point John and I looked at each other and said lets just go home. We didn't but it was in the works.
I felt so bad for T. I don't get car sick so I have no idea what it feels like.
First off. T sits in the middle in my truck, he was sitting on the side so he could watch T.V. Bad idea #1.
He ended up falling asleep and we by passed Flagstaff and just kept going since T was sleeping. We made it to Tuba City and stopped. T woke up and was feeling great, playing and ate some pancakes had a little juice.
We got back in the truck and headed out. We made it to Utah and T started throwing up again. GAWDDDDDD Why me.. I don't know what to do. He feel asleep again. Throwing up is hard work!!
So while he was sleeping I started researching carsickness on my phone. I told John the next stop we need to find a Pharmacy- I can;t do this anymore. We pulled in Mohab Utah and pulled into a supermarket with a Pharmacy. I ran in and asked the Pharmacist what I could give my poor kid. So he told me I could give him Dramamine. 1/2 tablet- (Thank You JESUS) so I bought that, some coloring books and walked out. We stopped and ate as well, I packed our lunches so we didn't have to constantly be eating nasty fast food.
T got a good stretch from the car seat and we were back on the road. I gave T that Dramamine and Holy lord what a difference. We had about 3 hours left to get to Colorado. The entire way he was a completely back to normal. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
I also read that covering the windows with blankets would help to. I didn;t have any because they were packed. So I was going to do that for the way back.
We got to Colorado and ummm there was NO snow.. WTF is the snow - Where is it??
I was so totally bummed. Our Destination was Montrose, Co. We were in Grand Junction and no snow.
We got to Montrose and no snow.. Ugh... So much for my White Christmas.
We got to our Friends house and we settled in. Not for long though, Justin had a dinner planned for us in Olruay which is about 45 min away. On our way there, it started snowing - YES!!!!! I was so excited.
Not so excited when I got out of the truck and realized how effing cold it was. I am wuss when it comes to cold and I was shivering. hahah Everyone was laughing at me.
We went to this cute little Italian restaurant and it was so good. So good!
Friday - we hung out and decided to go search for snow. We found snow at a place called cerro summit.
It had a few inches of snow, not nearly what I was hoping for. It will do. =)
We took T sledding and he was having a blast - He really had no idea what to think of the snow.
He ended up going down small hill and his sled fell over and out he came and face planted. After that he wanted nothing to do with sledding. Hahah poor guy. As he was walking to the truck, he tripped and face planted again! Snow was all over his face and he started screaming.. Me.. I was dieing laughing.
Friday night - we just stayed in and made Carne Asada and drank (well I didn't) but wishing I could.
Still no snow.. =(
Saturday Morning we woke up and surprisingly T slept in until about 8. He's normally up at 630-7. so that was nice. We also had a surprise for T. Santa was going to come to the house and deliver some gifts.
Santa was Justin's Dad. What an awesome idea. I really wasn;t sure how T was going to react. To my surprise his reaction was complete opposite of what I was expecting and priceless!!! I will post the video once I figure out how to turn it the righ way.
This year- I will have to say all three of us were extremely spoiled. Extremely! I did not expect the things I received. I am truly grateful for such an awesome husband!!
T was blessed with so many great toys. Monster /trucks, fire engines, Trains, movies, motorcycles, blocks and tools and the list could go on and on.
I myself received- My right hand ring that I have been wanting- I didn't necessarily choose one,but John sure did a good job picking. Its a 1930's Vintage Ring.
I didn't see the pic with the pink face, but this is it. Its a Pale Pink in the dial.
Ohh I aslo got GC's to get my sunglasses I have been wanting they are Burberry's they are HAWT!! I can't wait to go purchase them. =)
I hope you all had such a Great Christmas. I know we did!!
We left Co on Sunday morning and made it home at 7. We gave T the Dramamine 1/2 tab before we left. I gave him some waffles to have so his stomach wasn't empty - I also covered up the windows and either all of those things did the trick or one of them did. Either way it worked and we had no throw up!! Thank you lord!!
Our Trip to Colorado for Christmas was amazing- I would love to go again and maybe they will have snow. I blame John for now snow. He wished it away. Either way we had a such a great time. I hope maybe next year we can go, but the baby will be only about 3 months and I'm not sure I'm ready for another 10 hour drive. We will see though.

Today is the day!! Its our First Dr's appt and I couldn't be more excited and nervous all at once. Deep down I know every things ok. I just get feelings sometimes that maybe something could go wrong or is wrong. When I had T- I really had no idea of the things that could happen. Lets just say I was young dumb and oblivious. Well I wasn't like Teen Mom oblivious, I was 26 but had no clue what to expect.
Our appt is at 2:30 and I can't wait to see our "cheez it".
I think we have officially named the it. "It" is now a "cheez it", I like it- Its fun.. I still catch myself saying Peanut. So maybe this "it" will have two names. =)
anyway - I will report back after our appt. Wish us luck and some prayers would be great that our little Cheez it's heart is beating fast in there.
