30 day challenge- Day 27, Day 28, Day 29

Wheeewww I am BEHIND!!!  Eeeekk

Day 27-Pets

We have three dogs.
Kane, Indy and Sox
They are all pains in my butt.. I love them though.. I can't imagine our household with out dogs.

We torture them for fun

 Kane
Kane and Sox - They try to act like they aren't best buds but, I caught them!
 Miss Indy
She was born on July 4th (hence her name)  She is the most perfect dog ever!!

Day 28-Something that stresses you out
Oh Lord..  this could be a long post..
I can't say everything stresses me out but, a lot of things do.
Family is my #1 stressor.. My family has pretty much fallen apart since my Dad passed away. My Dad was the rock that held everything together.
School stresses me out, in a good way I have to say.
Bills, Credit cards and money stress me out
My Kid stresses me out, not him, but the thought of being able to provide for him stresses me out.  I want the absolute best for him and I want to be able to provide the best possible future for him
having another baby has been added to this list.
I fear everyday about having a healthy pregnancy. I stress about not wanting to have another C-section.
I stress about not wanting to be stuck behind a desk the rest of my life.
See told you it would start to get long

Day 29-3 Wishes

I wish I could Win the lottery and give away more than half to charities, especially ones that involve kids and pets
I wish that my family wasn't so complicated.
I wish for a girl for baby #2

I'm caught up for the most part.  I still need to do the Ipod one.

30 Day Challenge- Day 24

Day 24- Something I have learned

I have learned a lot of things in my 28 years of life;

You can't please everyone
No point in making someone happy, when you're not
Life is what you make of it
To get what you want, you have to work for it
I have learned a tremendous amount of patience, patience I thought I never had
I learned that poo stinks and it gets over everything and anything when you have kids of course
Kids will test your patience
I have learned to let the chips roll
I am learning to let go of the stupid stuff
I have learned that bills SUCK, Credit Card bills suck even more
I have learned that a Dollar goes a long way
I have learned to cut coupons and use them
I have learned that sometimes swallowing your pride is sometimes the right thing to do
I have learned that My son can make me crack up at the most craziest of times
Your Mom is always right, even though you would hate to admit it
I was made to be a Mom
Being an adult is pretty rough
That family is always there to back you
That mistakes happen, no need to dwell, just move forward
That I have the rest of my life to learn even more.

30 Day Challenge- Day 23

Day 23- Favorite Vacation

Has got to be our Cruise we took.. Hands down the best vacation ever. I was able to go and see my Aunt and Uncle (for the last time) My Uncle passed away July 4th basically a month after we were there. I am so blessed and happy that I was able to go see him and John was able to meet my Dad's brother as well.
On the cruise we had such an amazing time, the excursions were AWESOME and so exhilarating.. I can not wait to be able to book another cruise.  I look forward to being able to take T and baby# 2 on one, one day when they are older of course.

30 Day Challenge- Day 22

Day 22- Favorite City

hmph..I don't know.. I really have never been outside of AZ to have a Fav city..
Within Az, I love Scottsdale -but hate the snobs.. I also love Sedona and Prescott

If I could visit often it would be super cool, but I loved being in NY.
The flow of the city is truly amazing. The people are a little weird but its a go go go go kinda place.
another place would be San Diego, Ca.  Mission Beach.  I love going there. Very laid back feeling definitely the opposite of a NY lifestyle.

30 Day Challenge- Day 19

Day 19- Something I miss

Something I miss..

I miss my DAD!!!  I miss him A LOT..  Like more than I know how to describe, write, shout!!
I miss everything about him, EVERY.SINGLE. THING.

I miss my friend Kelly. She lives in CO with her husband and daughter. I miss our fun times, and our talks, our lunch dates. I miss laughing at the stupidest things and remembering the old times. Because we had MANY MANY good times when we were young. I miss the fact that we are not able to raise our kids together.

30 Day Challenge- Day 18

Day 18- Something I regret

:scratches head:  I'm not really sure.. I try my hardest to do things and not regret them, if it was worth doing than whats the point of regretting it? ya know??
OK well, I guess I have to say the one thing I absolutely regret is dropping out of college. Even though I am back now and making it more of a commitment and I know I'm more focused, I still live everyday with the regret that if i would of just stuck it out I would be nursing right now. Making my rounds at the hospital of choice and living one happy life.. but then I go back and think if I did that would I have the most amazing husband in my life?  Would I have been blessed with T when I was?  All of these questions just go through my head.
But YES the one regret i have most in life is not sticking to school and dropping because it was the easier thing to do. =/

What about you??  Do you have any regrets?  I'm curious to see if others have regrets of some sort.

30 Day Challenge- Day 17

Day 17- Something I'm looking forward to

I'm looking forward to a lot of things. In particular trying for baby #2. I'm pretty excited about actually being able to decide on having a baby and when. With T he was our little surprise.  This time around I get to be a little better prepared and I feel like I will enjoy every single second of it because after #2 - We/I am done.
I am also looking forward to going to Colorado for Christmas. I have never had a white Christmas before. Living in AZ we don't get the privilege. Unless you obviously live in Flagstaff or somewhere more north.
So i am super happy to be able to take T on his first trip to snow and actually celebrate Christmas out of state, which if you know me in real life I am not one to do that. I am a family girl. This year though it just seemed right!! I'm excited!!

White Christmas here we come!!

30 Day Challenge- Double Up Day 15 & 16

Day 15- a Bible Verse

Okay well I'm not a bible reader, I enjoy going to church and being there and the feeling i get when I go is indescribable but I will admit I don't read the bible. So I have no verses that I know of.  Except for one and I didn't read it out of  the bible. I actually read it one day out of the newspaper and oddly enough it was a day when John and I had been arguing (a lot at one point)and one line in particular struck a cord with me "it keeps no record of wrongs", something about that line slapped reality in my face. I cut it out and stuck it on our fridge. I would look at this every morning and remember what that meant to me. I have to admit that was a turning point for me.

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always preserves."

-- 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Since that's only one and I am in love with quotes here are a few that I love.
"Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away."
Author: Unknown

“One day at a time--this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering.”

“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”
Maria Robinson

“Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.”

"While we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about.”

Day 16- Dream House

Oh man.. this could be a long post.. Since I work in an industry that works with a lot of luxury homes I have certain things that I absolutely love and dream about one day having..  DREAM that is. maybe after i win the lottery that dream would come true. Until then I am blessed with what I have..

DREAM HOME!!  See this is hard for me because I love Tuscan Architecture but I love modern flair.
Definitely a huge kitchen and of course granite counter tops.
4/5 bedrooms tons of bathrooms
cassita would be fabulous
Pool with spa
Play room
Game room
Office Area
and the list could go on, and on, and on. so instead just drool over pictures!

Realistically speaking I would love an upgraded home, not necessarily a brand spankin new home. It would be nice to build our own home one day. For the time being I would love to upgrade to a 4 bedroom/ 3.5 bath, lots and lots, look TONS of windows (I am a let the light come in kinda girl, the husband not so much)One story, split floorplan, with a huge kitchen and an island. Tile through out with wood floors in the rooms. Pool eh.. not a prority, great community, lots of little kids for T and baby #2 to grow up with. See I'm easy!! The husband says otherwise.. Meh.. whatever!! all he cares about is the garage anyway. What do I care, I dont get to park in it as it is, probably wouldnt if we upgraded either.  Hahah.. =)

30 Day Challenge - Day 12

Day 12- What I Believe

Hmm, That's kind of an interesting question.. I believe in a lot of things.

I believe that things happen for a reason, just because we don't understand it at the time we will eventually.
I believe that karma is a bitch and it will definitely come around 10 fold
I believe in God.
I believe that cheating is cheating and its unforgivable. Yes even that slightest bit of contact to me is CHEATING!!!  (don't try to fight me on this, because I will fight until I'm blue in the face)
I believe that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover.
I believe that I am truly blessed
I believe God tests us to show US how strong we really are and can be.
I believe that I will graduate Nursing and be what I have always wanted to be
I believe that your horoscope truly fits that person
I believe that family isn't always blood
I believe that smiling is the key to happiness
I believe that money sucks, its nice but it sucks
I believe in Miracles
I believe in being goofy at heart keeps you young.
I believe that the best things come to those who wait
I believe that having a mans best friend is a must
I believe T is the best thing that has ever happened to me (besides of course John)

30 Day Challenge - Day 10 & 11

I'm doubling up again, I meant to do it yesterday and forgot..

Day 10-Something you're afraid of
Something I'm afraid of, ok well physically I'm afraid of insects specifically the creepy crawlies roaches, spiders ya know the really nasty looking ones. Gawdd they make me cringe..
Mentally, I'm scared to absolute death of dieing. I know we all die and most of us will go to heaven and so on but, its the dieing part that creeps me out.. I try not to think about it and tell myself that when its my time, its my time and there's nothing I can do to prevent it.. That keeps me sane.
I am so afraid of dieing, by drowning, or in a fire.  I'm more afraid of missing out on so much.

Day 11-Favorite tv shows
Favorite T.V. Shows..  all time fav has to be Friends.  I freakin love that show.. No I'm not obsessed I don't own the box set, but I do love the episodes when they come on. I can sit and watch them like they were brand new to me.
My current Fav T.V. Shows are: Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kendra, Teen Mom, Parenthood,
American Idol,  Giulana and Bill,  Private Practice and Greys Anatomy.

30 Day Challenge- Day 9

Day 9- Picture of your friends.

Well I have like 3 sets of friends, 3 sets because they all don;t hang out together and I don't hang with them all at one time.

So my first set is/are my bff for life even if we may or may not talk all the time, we still try to gtg as much as possible.

My 2nd set of friends are on my husbands side they are all from his truck club that he is the president of.
This group is more family than they are friends but, you get the idea.
I don't  have just one pics because their are like 30 people in this group.. soo.. moving on.

My 3rd set of friends is kinda funny and I actually think its a cool way to meet people.  These particular set of girls I met when I was planning my wedding. I didn't meet them from friends of friends or anything like that. I met these girls off Theknot.com   Call me weird, crazy whatever.. but these girls and I have known each other give or take 4 yrs.. We have all seen each other through our weddings and now we are moving onto all having kids. and shhh.. I think they were the first tell about my pregnancy before anyone in my family new. Except of course my husband.. Such great memories and fun times. We have weeded out the bad and kept the good and I think we have a great group of Friends!!

Wow there are way too many to choose from, but Honestly, as much as I love my husband, can't live with out him, he's my rock. The one thing, person that lights up my life with HAPPINESS is my Son.. Hands down, no questions asked.. he makes me smile without even trying.

30 Day Challenge- Day 5

5. Your Siblings

Welp, I have 3 siblings.. I have 2 brothers and 1 sister. I'm the baby of this group.. I like being the baby but, only some times. Now that I'm grown I get treated like the baby! Literally. I will be 28 and I still feel like I'm 16-18 when talking or being spoke to from my brothers. It sucks.. It probably doesn't help that we work together and its hard to separate biz from family sometimes. Oh well -  My Brothers are 14-11 yrs apart from me and my sister is the closest in range coming in around 4 1/2 years. I hate the fact that we are so far separated. I wonder everyday if we were closer in age if we would be closer as siblings.

Day 4- 30 Day Challenge

4.  Your Parents

My Parents are AWESOME!!!  Ya I'm not gonna lie, they Rock!!
My Dad unfortunately passed away in April of 2004 and let me just say every year that goes by seems to be worse than the one before. I thought it was supposed to be the other way around?  I miss him more than words can say, he was our rock- well this entire families rock.. one we leaned on and would do anything for us.. whether we(I) thought it was the right thing at the time.. I know he's with me every step I take and with me on this journey of life.. but I miss his presence and his smirks, his weird analogies, his huge hands and stubby little fingers.

My Mom and I
